You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment for a full refund. Once your order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. For items purchased during promotional periods, only the actual amount paid will be refunded, not the original retail price.
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary. Some financial institutions require additional time to post the refund to your account. If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact us immediately with your order details. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues.
For payments made via PayPal, please check your PayPal account balance before contacting us, as refunds are often processed directly to your PayPal balance rather than your linked bank account or credit card.
