Shipping Timeframe

Processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume and product availability. Most orders are prepared for shipment within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. While we strive for prompt delivery, external factors such as carrier delays or seasonal peaks may occasionally extend the estimated timeframe. Rest assured, we proactively monitor all shipments to minimize disruptions.

Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options: Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $0-$60; Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $60-$9999. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value. For expedited services or special circumstances, please contact our customer support team prior to placing your order.

Shipping Regions

Currently, we ship to most countries across North America, Europe, and select regions in Asia and Oceania. Some remote locations or areas with customs restrictions may not be serviceable. During checkout, our system will automatically verify your address eligibility. For specific inquiries about military addresses or territorial exceptions, please email us before ordering.

Order Tracking

Within 24 hours of shipment, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. This allows you to monitor your package's journey through our partners' online tracking systems. For consolidated shipments with multiple items, you may receive separate tracking numbers which will all be visible in your account dashboard.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While rare, unforeseen delays can occur during transit. If your tracking information hasn't updated for more than 7 business days or shows delivery confirmation when no package arrived, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We'll initiate a trace process with the carrier and keep you informed at every step, including replacement options when necessary.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import taxes, or brokerage charges imposed by their country's regulations. These fees are determined by local authorities and are not included in our shipping costs or product prices. We recommend checking with your customs office for current rates, as these can vary based on product categories and declared value. Unfortunately, we cannot adjust declared values or mark shipments as gifts to circumvent these legal requirements.
